Embarking on a journey of self-discovery through Eastern yogic practices has been a transformative experience for me. Initially, I was clouded by several misconceptions surrounding these ancient techniques. However, delving deeper into practices like the Isha Kriya and inner engineering has not only shattered these myths but has also brought forth a profound understanding of their true essence.
